      "content": "\n<li>Efficiently and accurately fills jobsite orders including receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.</li>\n<li>Completes all warehouse transactions accurately and thoroughly.</li>\n<li>Keeps accurate inventory records of equipment.</li>\n<li>Receives, inspects, and organizes incoming shipments.</li>\n<li>Responsible for regular maintenance and upkeep of company equipment, company vehicles and the warehouse environment.</li>\n<li>Drives company vehicles to deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed.</li>\n<li>Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures, and safe work practices.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "text": "What You Will Need to be Successful",
      "content": "\n<li>High school graduate or equivalent; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n<li>Must be insurable under the company’s auto insurance policy.</li>\n<li>Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.</li>\n<li>Ability to meet all company vehicle safety and compliance requirements.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift/push/pull/carry at least 50 pounds on a continual basis (including heavier loads with assistance).</li>\n<li>Experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, receiving, and forklift operation preferred.</li>\n<li>Possesses a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n"

      "content": "<div>Work is primarily performed in a warehouse setting with occasional exposure to health or safety hazards such as, but not limited to, electrical hazards, heavy equipment and machinery and inclement weather conditions.&nbsp; Frequent operation of warehouse vehicles and equipment.&nbsp; Work may be performed in cramped or awkward positions.&nbsp; Frequent lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying of 50+ lbs. (including heavier loads with assistance).&nbsp; May require travel to active construction job sites.&nbsp; Frequent use of personal protective equipment (e.g. safety glasses, gloves, safety vests, hard hats and steel-toed boots).</div>"
