LBS1 strongly preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience or training in Direct Instruction and/or Precision Teaching</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion for and experience with neurodiverse learners and structured, data-driven instruction</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with therapists, families, and a multidisciplinary team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to collect and interpret data to inform individualized instruction and progress reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Illinois Special Education license (LBS1/LBS2) or willingness to pursue</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with ABA concepts;
