This role manages the end-to-end purchasing process, from supplier selection and negotiation to order fulfillment, while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. font-size: 12pt\">5 to 15 years of professional purchasing experience, ideally in construction materials or industrial products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with ERP systems, purchasing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
