You’ll be responsible for driving best-in-class safety practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and making sure every worker goes home safe every day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Professional committed to continuous improvement and ongoing professional development to support our commercial construction projects by leading all on-site safety operations. This is a high-impact role for a safety professional who is passionate about protecting people, strengthening safety culture, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and oversee all aspects of safety operations on active commercial construction projects</li>\n <li>Ensure full OSHA compliance and implementation of company safety policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Conduct daily safety meetings, site audits, and inspections</li>\n <li>Complete accident reports and lead accident and incident investigations</li>\n <li>Monitor and oversee all subcontractors and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards</li>\n <li>Manage and enforce safety programs related to Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation</li>\n <li>Proactively identify hazards and implement corrective actions before incidents occur</li>\n <li>Present safety updates, findings, and recommendations to project leadership and senior stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience required</li>\n <li>Degree in a safety related field preferred </li>\n <li>OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus</li>\n <li>CHST or CSP preferred </li>\n <li>Advance knowledge of construction safety standards</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills required </li>\n <li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills </li>\n <li><p>Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
