    "description": "<p><span>PRP Group Facilitator Contractor Position</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>August Rose Health Center, LLC</span><span> </span>is a licensed and CARF-accredited agency that provides community-based behavioral health services. August Rose is a dynamic and leading provider of psychiatric rehabilitation services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.</p>\n<p>August Rose Health Center is currently seeking a passionate Psychiatric Rehabilitation group facilitator. <br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Mental Health, Counseling industry or related field preferred</li>\n<li>1 year of related experience; 2 years of experience providing direct care to adults and children (Case management, PRP Counselor, Residential Counselor, and Vocational Counselor) preferred</li>\n<li>Must possess a valid Driver’s License, proof of current automobile insurance, and may not have more than two (2) points on their driving record<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities &amp; Essential Duties</span>:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Responsible for the facilitation of a minimum of 4 PRP Groups per week in our Glen Burnie Office.</span></li>\n<li>Involved in the development of program group activities, including group curriculum design, procedure development, implementation, and promotion.</li>\n<li>Responsible for the development of the monthly PRP Group Calendar / Schedule for both the Child and Adult PRP Programs.</li>\n<li>Complete and submit thorough, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency policy and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.</li>\n<li>Maintains electronic documentation for groups and participants in keeping with program standards</li>\n<li>Attends and participates in regular staff meetings.</li>\n<li>Perform crisis intervention and complete Incident reports, as necessary.</li>\n<li>Must work some evenings to provide groups for the afternoon/evening.</li>\n<li>Must facilitate in-person onsite and offsite activities.<br></li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We expect all staff to have a strong desire to provide excellent service; to comply with the rules and regulations of those organizations to which we are accountable; to have high ethical and professional standards of conduct, and to have an attitude of wanting to continuously improve their own professional performance.</p>\n<p>August Rose Health Center, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
