We approach our work with drive, purpose, and passion while celebrating creativity, innovation, and teamwork.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>Ideal Living is seeking an ambitious, analytical, and relationship-driven Affiliate Manager to grow our affiliate program for AirDoctor and AquaTru.</p>\n<p>This role will focus on driving profitable, incremental revenue through affiliate partnerships, publisher relationships, creator affiliates, and performance marketing programs. The Affiliate Manager will oversee day-to-day management of our affiliate platforms, recruit and grow top-performing partners, manage campaigns and promotions, and serve as a key contact for the affiliate channel.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5+ years of affiliate or partnership marketing experience, ideally for a DTC, e-commerce, wellness, or consumer products brand</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, publisher partnerships, and performance-based marketing</li>\n<li>Experience managing affiliate programs across DTC, Amazon, and/or TikTok Shop</li>\n<li>Strong relationship builder who has experience working with affiliate publishers, influencers, media partners, and creator affiliates</li>\n<li>Highly analytical and comfortable using data to evaluate performance and optimize programs</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills</li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, commission structures, promotional planning, and partner management</li>\n<li>Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Levanta, Amazon Creator Connections, TikTok Shop, LTK, Everflow, and/or similar platforms</li>\n<li>Experience working with affiliate publishers, review sites, loyalty and coupon partners, creator affiliates, podcasts, and media partners</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, UTM strategy, promo codes, reporting, and conversion optimization</li>\n<li>Comfortable using Triple Whale, Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon reporting, and platform dashboards to analyze results</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Asana</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain the affiliate promotional calendar in partnership with internal teams</li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally with creative, digital, Amazon, CRM, and e-commerce teams to support affiliate campaigns</li>\n<li>Develop and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives</li>\n<li>Monitor and optimize partner performance, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and return on investment</li>\n<li>Run weekly and monthly reporting and share key insights, trends, and recommendations with leadership</li>\n<li>Analyze results by partner, promotion, and platform to identify opportunities for growth</li>\n<li>Manage and strengthen relationships with existing affiliate partners to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue</li>\n<li>Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow new affiliate partners, publishers, creator affiliates, and media partners</li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program across AirDoctor and AquaTru</li>\n<li>Oversee affiliate links, promo codes, commissions, creative assets, and partner communications</li>\n<li>Identify and test new affiliate platforms, technologies, and partnership opportunities</li>\n<li>Manage affiliate budgets and ensure programs are meeting profitability goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Success Metrics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful execution of campaigns and promotional calendar</li>\n<li>Growth in active and top-performing affiliate partners</li>\n<li>Affiliate-driven revenue growth</li>\n<li>Traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and return on investment</li>\n<li>Affiliate profitability and commission efficiency</li>\n<li>Incremental DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop sales</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to make a significant impact on people’s health and wellness through innovative, science-backed products</li>\n<li>Chance to work with award-winning brands in clean air, clean water, wellness, and social commerce</li>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience</li>\n<li>Collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment focused on growth, creativity, and innovation</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Opportunity to work with a passionate team and help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing creator and affiliate program</p>",
