The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and foster genuine relationships with seniors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Experience passing medications is a requirement, you must be comfortable working alone.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assisting clients with activities of daily living, specifically but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, etc.</li>\n <li>Passing medications following physicians orders.</li>\n <li>Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.</li>\n <li>Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping.</li>\n <li>Reporting any changes in the resident's condition to the supervisor.</li>\n <li>Communicate in a professional manner with families, support services, and coworkers of Homestead.</li>\n <li>Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years old.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Able to pass a criminal background check.</li>\n <li>Experience working with the elderly.</li>\n <li>Able to lift 50 pounds.</li>\n <li><strong><u>Every other weekend is required.</u></strong></li>\n <li>Reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s license or ID.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to arrive on time for every shift.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a <strong>part-time position.</strong> Caregivers will be scheduled to work 8-hour shifts. <strong>Every other weekend is a requirement. </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hourly starting pay is <strong>$16.00</strong> per hour with room for growth.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Room for growth.</li>\n <li>Daily Pay, access your pay when you need</li>\n <li>Paid time off.</li>\n <li>Paid orientation and training.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision for Full-Time employees after 30hrs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this position, please submit your resume, and join us!</em></strong></p>",
