The Wholesale Order Services Specialist supports the operational excellence behind that legacy, ensuring wholesale orders move accurately and efficiently from purchase order through fulfillment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role partners closely with Sales, Planning, Customer Service, Distribution Center, and Direct-to-Consumer teams to support end-to-end order operations. In addition to managing daily order processing, adjustments, and allocation activities, you will identify process improvements that strengthen accuracy, speed, and consistency across the operation.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on operational performance while building toward broader ownership of processes and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Collaborative Order Processing &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process EDI inbound 850 purchase orders daily, reconciling issues and validating inventory availability (bulk orders and available to sell (ATS)).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and upload bulk orders as needed, ensuring inventory availability is accurate and actionable.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with DTC, Sales, Planning, Distribution Center, and Customer Service to resolve order and inventory issues quickly and consistently.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify recurring operational gaps and propose improvements that lead to measurable outcomes (accuracy, speed, and consistency).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain documentation for processes to support training and standardization.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Order Adjustments</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Make order updates requested by DTC, Sales, or Planning, including changes to quantity, available ship date, or price.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure adjustments are completed accurately and reflected in downstream systems without creating additional discrepancies.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;EDI Acknowledgment Ownership</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Send EDI 855 acknowledgments for EDI POs when initially processed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain logs to track and ensure 855 acknowledgments are sent for all PO changes after initial processing.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Pick Ticket Allocation for wholesale orders</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Allocate replenishment orders as they are processed, ensuring inventory is staged appropriately.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review seasonal orders and allocate once inventory is received, maintaining timing accuracy.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Reporting &amp; Inventory Launch Visibility</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and deliver weekly reserved order reports (or as requested) for all DTC bulks by division to enable weekly replenishment submissions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Update the DTC Inventory Management report for each inventory launch date, reflecting available inventory accurately.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Store Opening &amp; Closing Support</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage orders tied to store openings/closings, coordinating initial shipments and system adjustments to ensure a smooth transition.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Core Expectations</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver accurate, timely, and efficient order management execution.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain inventory accuracy and allocation integrity across channels.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Resolve operational issues through proactive cross-functional collaboration.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with EDI, reporting, and order management processes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and documentation.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support business initiatives that impact inventory, fulfillment, and store operations</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience: 2+ years of experience in order processing and/or customer service in a high-volume environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Customer Service Aptitude: High ownership mindset with strong responsiveness and professionalism when interacting with internal partners and stakeholders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">ERP Exposure (Preferred): Experience with ERP systems such as CGS BlueCherry or NetSuite is a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communication: Ability to clearly communicate across teams;
