Try it for yourself and see what we&#8217;re made of.</p><p>Job Summary</p><ul><li>Responsible for machinery operation and/or bagging operation for fruit in a packing facility.&#160; Note: This equipment is high volume and state of the art.&#160; Requires prior experience with touch screens for speed control and operations.</li><li>Responsibilities and Duties</li><li>Preforms pre-operation checklist prior to packing production</li><li>Sets up machinery and monitors the production of machinery daily</li><li>Notify and submit maintenance request to supervisor for any maintenance issues</li><li>Ensures that the machinery is operating properly and safely</li><li>Loads bags, boxes, or other items into machinery to keep up with production</li><li>Works safely and follows proper protocols for starting, stopping, and operating machinery.</li><li>Using a touch screen, make daily adjustments to machinery/bagging to control speeds, timing, and other items</li><li><strong>Other duties, will be assigned</strong></li></ul><p>Qualifications and Skills</p><ul><li>Ability to work well in a team-based environment</li><li>Ability to produce results in a fast paced environment</li><li>Proficiency with basic computer skills</li><li>Bilingual a plus (Spanish)</li></ul><p>Health Insurance</p><p><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Pay Range</span></strong> ($16.90 min - $17.50 max)/hour</span></span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\"><span style=\"color:#002060;\"><span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above.&#160; If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>",
