The role is currently remote, with potential to transition to a hybrid model based out of our Ontario office at a later date.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Senior Research Analyst, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality research projects, applying your knowledge, expertise and analytical skills to support clients in better decision-making.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will work across multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to Project Leads.  You will get to own client relationships, lead direct communications, and play a key role in research design and analysis.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This team is characterized by its flat management structure, high levels of personal career support and opportunities to take on real responsibility from an early stage.  Providing a fast-paced environment where the right person can learn, develop and progress quickly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">No two days are the same in this role! You will:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the key client contact while managing the full project life cycle.</li>\n<li>Draft all core research materials, from questionnaires, tab specs to recruitment screeners and discussion guides, and research reports.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.</li>\n<li>Support other team members.</li>\n<li>Analyze data (quant &amp; qual) to create a clear, compelling story that answers the client’s brief.</li>\n<li>Work with seniors to develop these into draft reports and strategic recommendations.</li>\n<li>Participate in results presentations to clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://savanta.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/JD-Senior-Research-Analyst-Explorer-2510.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Please click here to view the full job description</a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You are confident in using quantitative methodologies within an agency/client setting, with a desire to try new approaches and learn more. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>A flair for designing market research, with an understanding of different methodologies and how to utilize them to meet clients’ needs.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>A track record of analyzing data to extract pertinent insights and actionable recommendations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Experienced in developing and nurturing client relationships, with the ability to articulate insights to clients.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Naturally curious, you are always wanting to learn more.
