          "text": "<p>Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled <strong>ERP Support Engineer – Syteline ERP – Omaha, NE – Full Time - Hybrid</strong> for one of our clients.</p><p><br>\n<strong>Position: ERP Support Engineer – Syteline ERP</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Omaha, NE – Hybrid (3 Days onsite &amp; 2 Days remote)</strong></p><p><strong>Full Time</strong><br>\n&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Summary Of Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>This position is responsible for providing application maintenance and support for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position will have knowledge of all aspects of the ERP system and its database schema. This individual will design, develop, test, and deploy system modifications, as well as changes to other applications that integrate with the ERP system. Also, this role requires the documentation of requirements, technical specifications, testing, and all required documents to comply with procedures for verified and validated applications.</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Duties And Functions Programming Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Install, configure, and modify parameters of the ERP application software.</li><li>Create and modify forms, stored procedures, database structures, jobs, scripts, reports, vendor supplied utilities, etc., to provide solutions to business user needs with application software from third party providers, as well as internally developed software.</li><li>Comply with relevant standards and regulations including documentation of requirements, technical documentation, testing, and all required documents to comply with procedures for verified and validated applications.</li><li>Assist with the validation of the back-up, recovery, and disaster recovery parameters of application software from third party providers.</li><li>Document developed code and systems, or changes made to software applications from third party providers.</li><li>Assist in support and troubleshooting of problems or incidents.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li><li>Business Analysis Duties 1.Analyze and document user requirements. 2.Define scope, assumptions, constraints, risks, and objectives with the business. 3.Identify and assist in the resolution of issues, problems, or disruptions. 4.Document current or potential impacts to processes, business operations, and the organization. 5.May take direction and guidance from other Software Engineers, Software Assurance Engineers, DBAs or IT management. 6.Provide direct assistance to users in use and interpretation of the ERP software application. 7.Handle phone and email support as directed.
