The ideal candidate will be strong in C# and ASP.NET Core, building secure, scalable web applications and APIs, and collaborating closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs).</li>\n <li>Implement and consume RESTful APIs and web services to integrate with internal and external systems.</li>\n <li>Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements and translate them into technical specifications and working code.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the implementation of integration solutions, including calling APIs, working with messaging systems, and handling data exchange between systems.</li>\n <li>Participate in the design and development of components within microservices-based or modular architectures under the guidance of senior engineers/architects.</li>\n <li>Ensure application code adheres to security, performance, and scalability best practices, especially in the context of financial data and transactions.</li>\n <li>Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and conduct unit testing and integration testing.</li>\n <li>Collaborate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow coding standards and best practices.</li>\n <li>Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues, including performance tuning and optimization.</li>\n <li>Support the adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices by integrating code into build/release pipelines and automating tests where possible.</li>\n <li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications, services, and integration points</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<strong>Core Technologies</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of hands-on development experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.</li>\n <li>Strong proficiency in C#, RESTful APIs, and Web Services.</li>\n <li>Experience building web applications and backend services, including Web APIs.</li>\n <li>Exposure to or understanding of microservices architecture and modular application design.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Financial Domain</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional experience working in a financial services company (e.g., banking, payments, trading, insurance) or delivering finance-related projects (e.g., digital banking, payment processing, financial reporting).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with typical financial data, security, and compliance considerations (such as handling sensitive data, audit trails, and transaction integrity).</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Cloud & DevOps</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Practical experience deploying and supporting applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP (Azure preferred).</li>\n <li>Experience using CI/CD tools (such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions) for build and release management.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications; exposure to Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Database & Data</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance optimization).</li>\n <li>Experience with at least one NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB) is a plus.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data integration concepts (ETL, data feeds, file-based interfaces, or API-based data exchange).</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Nice to Have</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting or developing digital banking or online financial platforms.</li>\n <li>Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and best practices for maintainable, scalable code.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of common security frameworks and standards, such as OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and IAM.</li>\n <li>Exposure to AI/ML integrations or modern data platforms (e.g., data lakes, analytics platforms).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms (e.g., API Gateway, RAML/OAS specifications, DataWeave or other transformation tools).</li>\n <li>Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, or other cloud / development technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Soft Skills</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Collaborative team player who can work effectively with developers, testers, architects, and business analysts.</li>\n <li>Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Education</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $60.00 - USD $75.00 /Hr.",
