    "description": "<p><span>Lucky Barbershop is growing and expanding!  Our High Point location is looking for new barbers to join our team!!</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>You must have a current license to cut hair and have completed a barber training program. While we focus on men’s hairstyles, you should be comfortable using a variety of hairstyling techniques for different customers. You must have strong communication and customer service skills; we want all of our customers to enjoy being in our barbershop and leave satisfied with their cut so that they become regular customers.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>Barber Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>Greet clients as they arrive and offer them refreshments.</span></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>Prep clients for their haircut and ask what type of styling they want.</span></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>Cut and style clients’ hair to their specifications.</span></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>Engage in friendly conversation with clients.</span></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>Keep your station, tools, and equipment sanitized and in good condition.</span></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>Ensure you have the proper products in stock for future clients.</span></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span> </span></p>\r\n<p><span>Barber Requirements and Qualifications:</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>High school diploma or GED certificate</span></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>Barber/hairstylist license or a minimum of 24 months \"behind the chair\" experience.</span></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.</span></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>Organizational and time-management abilities</span></p>\r\n<p><span>·         </span><span>Attention to detail.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>What We Offer!</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span></span><span>Great compensation- potential base pay starting off is $37,500.</span></li>\r\n<li><span></span><span>Paid training and travel</span></li>\r\n<li><span></span><span>Quarterly Bonus</span></li>\r\n<li><span></span><span>Flexible schedule- Open 7 days a week- must work at least 5 days.</span></li>\r\n<li><span></span><span>FAST TRACK TO MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP(FRANCHISE)!!</span></li>\r\n</ul>",
