In other words, we strive to be the best we can be.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>POSITION</strong> <strong>OVERVIEW:</strong></p>\n<p>The Senior Accountant will perform and manage the dally accounting processes that support the month-end close, ensuring the integrity of financial data and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles. Success In this role depends on strong financial systems and application skills, solid analytical abilities, effective communication, the ability to prioritize workload, and a willingness to take initiative.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>CORE</strong> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<p>•          Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and year financial close cycle, including preparing various journal entries</p>\n<p>•          Manage monthly financial reporting including balance sheet analytics, cashflow statement, capital expenditures</p>\n<p>•          Prepare, oversee and reconcile various balance sheet reconciliations within Blackline system in accordance with company policy and SOX compliance</p>\n<p>•          Complete monthly support for Deferred Sales, Rebate accrual, Intangible assets, Prepaid expenses, and Other Liabilities.</p>\n<p>•          Budget to Actual Analysis of SG&A spend</p>\n<p>•          Assist in preparing Internal and external auditor requests throughout the year</p>\n<p>•          Ensure company compliance with Sales & Use and property tax requirements</p>\n<p>•          Support various accounting projects to help optimize process efficiencies</p>\n<p>•          Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS (must have):</p>\n<p>BS in Accounting</p>\n<p><em>4-5 </em>years of experience in Accounting field</p>\n<p>-Must demonstrate ability to identify and implement process improvements, be a self-starter, and effectively interact and communicate across multiple functions within the organization.</p>\n<p>-Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail</p>\n<p>-Must have strong communication (oral and written) and relationship building skllls.</p>\n<p>-Must be proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS (beneficial}:</p>\n<p>-Experience in manufacturing environment preferred</p>\n<p>-Experience with JD Edwards software system a plus</p>\n<h2>Company Benefits:</h2>\n<p><strong>Health & Welfare Benefits:</strong> Medical and prescription drug plans, telemedicine (with medical plan), High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and Health Savings Account (HSA), dental and vision plans, virtual physical therapy*, an employee assistance program (EAP)*, and voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnification programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>Financial Benefits:</strong> Retirement 401k program with company match, an employee stock purchase plan (voluntary), financial wellness planning*, paid parental leave*, flexible spending accounts (FSA) for child care and health care, short-term and long-term disability*, basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D)*, adoption financial reimbursement*, tuition reimbursement*, voluntary life insurance (for employees, spouses, and children), and voluntary identity theft and fraud protection. </p>\n<p>*100% paid by ADS.</p>\n<h2>EEO Statement</h2>\n<p>ADS supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
