These duties include machine troubleshooting, setup, breakdowns, communication, and paperwork. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span>Join our mission and be a part of a team that's re-imagining building materials retail and innovating ways to bring an established brand to the physical world.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Responsibilities</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>M</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">aintaining and operating plastic extrusion machinery and handling raw material for extrusion operations.</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Setting up tools and calibrators.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Starting up various profiles, ensuring start-up procedures are followed.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Visual check of the entire extruder before starting up to ensure no tools are left on the table.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Continually inspecting the line for quality products and early identification of issues.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Communicating to production supervisor </span><span>regarding</span><span> maintenance, scrap, and shift change reports.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintaining a clean work environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Troubleshooting when issues arise.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Tagging tools when removed to a line to </span><span>indicate</span><span> if maintenance is </span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span> Qualifications</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Production experience in Manufacturing environment is an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span><span>E</span><span>xperience</span><span> as an Extrusion Machine Operator is a strong asset.</span></span><span> </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Forklift Operation experience is an asset.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience using power tools is an asset.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Quality experience is an asset.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Hours</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Night shift: 7pm - 7am; or Day Shift: 7am - 7pm. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span>You'll work on one of these shifts (either Night Shift, or Day shift) at one time.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Compensation</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Pay Rate: $21/hour to start.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>$1.20/hour additional shift premium for night shift.</span></p>\n<p><span><span>Benefits that start on day one!</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Position Opening</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is for Future Talent Pool.
