Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies and procedures to safeguard people, data and property<br>2. Responding to emergency situations<br>3. Experience in handling and resolving emergency incidents<br>4. Alertness and attentiveness<br>5. Exceptional time management and co-ordination skills<br>6. Ability to learn and adapt quickly</p><p><br><strong>Roles and Responsibility / Job Description:</strong><br>1. Developing fire safety plans for building / construction site<br>2. Ensuring that all fire and life safety systems installed in the work premises are effective, efficient and ready to use<br>3. Ensuring critical analysis of the situation in terms of fire safety to provide input to senior Management for decision making<br>4. Reports all abnormalities, incidents in respect of environment, health &amp; safety promptly and takes immediate actions as per SOP and/or as directed by superiors<br>5. Preparing plans and executing (fire and life safety) evacuation drills and other fire safety related trainings to the team members and occupants available in the premises.<br>6. Ensuring an effective emergency preparedness /disaster management plan is in place<br>7. Supervising Security and concerned staff, assign /monitor work assignments and provide training for staff on security procedures and basic fire and first aid<br>8. Conducting Security investigations and preparation of Incident report.<br>9. Handling emergency situations with efficiency (i.e. fire, evacuations, customer complaints/ human crises etc. 10.Completing appropriate rescue, firefighting and &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; salvage operations at a fire scene<br>10. Conducting Security Risk Assessment &amp; planning effective Guarding Strategies<br>11. Conducting Mock Drills on medical emergencies, Bomb Threats/Search Handling etc.<br>12. Being proficient with security and safety devices like CCTV, access control, DFMD, fire detection and fighting system<br>13. Developing liaison with Government agencies e.g., local Police, Fire Services etc.<br>14. Preparation of MIS</p>",
