          "text": "<p>We are seeking a Senior Network AM &amp; PM to oversee the full lifecycle of network infrastructure (WAN/NI) business operations.</p><p>The role includes identifying new business opportunities, developing customer solutions, managing project execution, and ensuring operational stability and profitability.</p><p>The ideal candidate should possess strong network infrastructure knowledge, project management capabilities, and customer-facing communication skills.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Business Development &amp; Sales</strong><ul><li>Lead the identification of new clients and the creation of new network business opportunities.</li><li>Propose customized solutions to clients by incorporating the latest technology trends.</li><li>Optimize business profitability through project P&amp;L analysis and risk management.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Solution Architecture &amp; Quoting</strong><ul><li><strong>WAN:</strong>&#xa0;Manage cost estimation for leased lines and cloud connectivity services, including negotiations with telecommunication carriers.</li><li><strong>NI:</strong>&#xa0;Oversee configuration design and quoting for network equipment and security infrastructure.</li><li>Manage collaboration frameworks with key vendors and partners to optimize procurement terms and conditions.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Project &amp; Account Management</strong><ul><li>Direct project delivery by managing schedules, resources, and client communications (PM).</li><li>Serve as the primary contact during network incidents and provide improvement plans based on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.</li><li>Strengthen client relationships and maintain service quality through regular performance reviews.</li></ul></li><li>Performs ad-hoc reporting, as required</li><li>Performs other job-related duties as required</li></ul>",
