What We're Looking For We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. This is a temporary role and is estimated to run for approximately 6 months. This person would recruit for various departments across our company to help find and recruit top talent while providing a best-in-class experience for our candidates and hiring teams. This role is required onsite at our HQ in Fort Lee, New Jersey four days per week. We provide a shuttle service to and from the office that picks up at various locations across Manhattan (subject to availability) Responsibilities: Own the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring that candidates and hiring teams have a great experience Source and engage with active and passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, etc.) Implement dynamic sourcing strategies to recruit active and passive candidates across multiple technology related searches Create successful sourcing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to the team Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to establish and maintain best-in-class candidate experience Serve as an effective ambassador of our company and culture to all candidates Partner closely with hiring managers to develop selection criteria and structured end-to-end processes Qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and innovative sourcing techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience creating/modifying/implementing processes and best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates Fintech and/or Banking experience a plus Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus #LI-ZN1 #LI-Hybrid Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $65.00 Cross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
