    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The Steward position is responsible for washing, cleaning, and proper storage of all cooking utensils, equipment, flatware, and glassware.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Washes all wares in dishwasher or by hand.</li><li>Keeps all kitchen, storage, and receiving areas clean and organized. &nbsp;This includes washing and cleaning all trash areas.</li><li>Accountable for cleaning and maintaining all concession areas and self-serve locations.</li><li>Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas in appropriate manner.</li><li>Deep cleans dish machine after each meal service.</li><li>Follows a thorough deep cleaning schedule of the kitchen, concession, self-serve, and any other F&amp;B areas as specified by department leadership.</li><li>Responsible for daily heavy cleaning of kitchen equipment including mopping scrubbing sweeping (including fryers, grills).</li><li>Cleans and maintain dry and cold storage areas.</li><li>Performs all duties in a positive, professional manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.</li><li>Must be able to work the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Works physically onsite to perform all assigned tasks.</li><li>Ensures all safety standards are met, and possible safety hazards are quickly resolved.</li><li>Is a role model and champion of Prairie Flower Casino&rsquo;s Mission and Values. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Must have the ability to be trained in the safe and effective use of heavy chemicals such as soaps, degreasers, and other materials used in cleaning and maintaining a kitchen and equipment that meets sanitation and health requirements.</li><li>Ability to read and understand simple instructions.</li><li>Must be able to understand temperature readings and adjust as necessary.</li><li>Must be able to work individually or with a team as necessary to perform assigned tasks.</li><li>Ability to work safely and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must be able to maintain the appropriate Gaming License.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Regularly required to stand and walk for entire shift. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Regularly lifts up to 50 pounds. Push and pulls up to 200 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Uses hands to grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. &nbsp;Must have the dexterity to hold and maneuver equipment, mop buckets, and carts. Will constantly need dexterity and strength to stack and load dishes, &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently required to reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl and crouch.
