Influence contract acquisitions, negotiations, and modifications.</li><li>Perform continual review of program sustainment status, expenditures, and forecasts to complete on time and within budget.</li><li>Coordinate with departmental and/or cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks focused on sustaining the DHS/CBP fleet of aircraft and ground control stations.</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering to manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and obsolescence issues, including Bill of Material (BOM) reviews, end-of-life analyses, and last time buys.</li><li>Assess and address project issues as they arise and identify mitigation plans.</li><li>Develop sustainment review packages for assigned projects and brief project(s) during monthly internal reviews and customer briefings, as well as bi-annual Technical and Logistics Reviews.</li><li>Interpret and administer policies, processes, and procedures that impact project(s).</li><li>Collaborate across management and project teams to expand services and potential business opportunities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with environmental and other regulations.</li><li>Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Homeland Security Background Investigation/security clearance.</li><li>Other duties as assigned or required.</li></ul>We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.<br><br><strong>Highlights Working For GA-ASI:</strong><ul><li>This position is eligible for the Individual Compensation Program (ICP) bonus.</li><li>This position is eligible for a hybrid work environment (up to 1 day/week remote work from home) pending project needs.</li><li>Outstanding benefits including: 401(k) (with company match), company pension, on site cafeterias, gyms and outdoor recreation centers,&nbsp;access to discounted tickets for amusement parks such as San Diego Zoo and Safari Park.</li><li>Outstanding work environment: team-centric, value and respect all contributors, great growth potential within GA-ASI project engineering and GA-ASI as a whole.</li></ul>",
