The role involves reviewing medical records and drafting medical narrative summaries and ensuring they are consistent with client expectations regarding accuracy, consistency with client protocol, and internal guidelines. &nbsp;The Medical Writer drafts medical narratives for Medicare Set Asides (MSAs), Medical Cost Projections, EMSAs and other products as required by the Services Department. &nbsp;</p>",
