This role is responsible for executing go-to-market initiatives, product positioning, market messaging, and demand generation efforts that support pipeline growth and revenue objectives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Director of Marketing will partner closely with sales, engineering, product, and executive leadership to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions and differentiated market positioning. This individual will lead a small marketing team while remaining directly involved in campaign execution, content development, product launches, industry events, customer engagement activities, and strategic communications.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate brings experience marketing complex technical products within maritime, offshore, autonomy, robotics, defense, industrial, or energy sectors.
