You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them through implementation, and ensure they get the most out of our platforms.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role can be based in either our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Brisbane</span> or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Melbourne</span> office, offering flexibility, collaboration, and the chance to work with some of the most passionate professionals in the sector.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What you'll do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse customer requirements using a variety of methods including stakeholder interviews and workshops.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to sales enquiries and generate proposals.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure Infoxchange's client and case management solutions for customers based on agreed scope. Includes being able to apply one or all of the following programming languages: JavaScript/jQuery, XML, and SQL. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and update task and project management records in Infoxchange business systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design solutions that satisfy customer needs utilising existing features of the product </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide configuration support, including troubleshooting and resolution of bugs.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for all components of small to medium configuration projects, including management of scope, schedule, deliverables, and change. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute towards the creation and maintenance of internal documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver training sessions to end users. <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in a SaaS environment, including requirements gathering and implementation of the product.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to deliver internal and external, demonstration, presentations, and workshops.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong business analysis and requirements gathering background, able to interpret the user story and provide fit for purpose solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven customer engagement and business development capability.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills.·      </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience with programming/query languages such as JavaScript/jQuery, XML, and SQL.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organisational and personal management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>High attention to detail. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge or previous experience working in the not for profit and/or community services sector is highly valued.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience undertaking projects working to scope, time, and budget.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with analysis tasks including writing user stories, functional requirements gathering, and acceptance criteria.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
