    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n <li>Partner with the Supervisor to support employee performance, manpower utilization, and ongoing training needs</li>\n <li>Plan, organize, and help maintain standard operating practices and procedures within the department</li>\n <li>Lead and guide team members in day-to-day warehouse activities</li>\n <li>Communicate daily workload and priorities, assigning tasks to ensure efficient flow of work</li>\n <li>Adjust staffing levels in collaboration with other Team Leads and Supervisors to meet customer demand</li>\n <li>Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and direction to team members</li>\n <li>Review and analyze productivity and kitting reports to support established performance goals</li>\n <li>Use problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve operational challenges</li>\n <li>Perform associate or operator duties when operational needs require additional support</li>\n <li>Ensure completed goods are shipped the same day whenever possible</li>\n <li>Report safety, quality, productivity, equipment, or personnel concerns to the Supervisor</li>\n <li>Complete additional duties as assigned to support department and business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Who You Are:</strong><br>\n You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and take ownership of your work and the success of your team.
