You will bring deep expertise in the design, construction, and operation of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems, with a strong focus on LEED Enhanced Commissioning and Building Envelope commissioning. You will play a central role in driving the commissioning process—leading, supporting, and facilitating each phase to ensure quality and performance across all systems.&nbsp;</p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p><strong>Duties</strong>&nbsp;</p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p>Champions “The Layton Way” by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers.&nbsp;</p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p>Ensures that “Constructing with Integrity” is delivered by working with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p>Lead and collaborate with high-performing teams throughout the construction and commissioning lifecycle, especially for complex, mission-critical facilities such as data centers, hospitals, laboratories, and airports.
