The Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) is an integral participant of the treatment team, design and directs the implementation of behavior modification intervention plans and/ or skill acquisition plans which are individualized to each child/adolescents and to family needs.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Responsibilities include;</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Providing expertise in behavior management, teaching new skills, replacement behavior, and data collection/ analysis</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">In collaboration with other treatment team members, identifying behavioral goals functionally equivalent replacement behaviors, interventions to increase functional communication or participating in activities of daily living and interventions techniques and recommending non-aversive behavioral change methods</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Completing FBA’s, VB-MAPP, AFLS</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Designing, utilizing treatment team, behavior management treatment plan</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Providing service directly to the child/and family in the home, school, daycare, and in other community programs or settings</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Participating in inter-agency service planning meetings</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Clinical lead on case</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Available to BHTs to answer questions dealing with treatment plan</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p> </p>",
