The Product Manager will be part of Business Technology under Product &amp; Technology, , responsible for defining our product roadmap, designing digital and agentic finance experience leveraging AI , agentic and core technologies .</span></p><p><br /><b><b>Job Duties: </b></b></p><ul><li><b><b>AI-First Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap:</b><span> </span></b><span>Architect and champion a long-term product roadmap for our Finance Application ecosystem, centered on AI and Machine Learning.</span></li><li><b><b>Intelligent Product Lifecycle Management:</b><span> </span></b><span>Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for initiatives in finance, from ideation and business case development to defining requirements, and measuring ROI.</span></li><li><b><b>Team Leadership &amp; AI Culture:</b><span> </span></b><span>Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers. Foster an AI-centric approach, encouraging continuous learning, rapid experimentation, and a deep understanding of how to responsibly build and deploy intelligent systems.</span></li><li><b><b>Executive &amp; Customer Partnership:</b><span> </span></b><span>Serve as the lead advisor to leadership on the art of the possible with AI in Finance. You have a track record of taking systems from concept to scaled production.</span></p></li><li><p><span>5&#43; years of ERP implementation domain expertise in core finance and accounting processes (such as Sourcing,Invoicing &amp; Billing ) with best practices and a vision for how AI can fundamentally transform them.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Sr. Principal (including but not limited to) - </b></p><ul><li><p><span>12&#43; years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on shipping enterprise-level, technology-powered products in a B2B or SaaS environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>8&#43; years of direct experience leading and launching AI/ML-powered products. You have a track record of taking systems from concept to scaled production.</span></p></li><li><p><span>8&#43; years of ERP implementation domain expertise in core finance and accounting processes (such as Sourcing,Invoicing &amp; Billing ) with best practices and a vision for how AI can fundamentally transform them.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Other Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Managing a finance roadmap through strategic collaboration with Business stakeholders and Product &amp; Technology (P&amp;T) teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Consistent record to successfully integrate ERP systems (preferably Workday) with other enterprise applications and data platforms</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead user stories and manage story slotting to ensure alignment with defined sprint cycles and delivery timelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Shown experience Leading high-performing agile product teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete product requirements and technical specifications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience communicating complex technical concepts and product strategies to senior executives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with AI technology stack, including MLOps, data pipelines, and foundational models (LLMs).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Workday Financials certification(s) (e.g., FDM, Core Financials, Adaptive Planning) are highly preferred.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:left\"><br /><b>Workday Pay Transparency Statement</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
