This <strong>Vice President, Finance </strong>role partners closely with Operations, Sales, and Legal to drive performance, ensure financial accuracy, and support business growth. This role reports to the segment CFO.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a remote position.</p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>AIP\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.</li>\n <li>Align segment goals with regional and Group Finance strategies.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Operations to close performance gaps and resolve billing issues.</li>\n <li>Oversee commercial finance, including deal structuring, risk management, and contract negotiations.</li>\n <li>Support sales with financial modeling and ensure compliance with legal and commercial standards.</li>\n <li>Educate teams on financial and commercial best practices.</li>\n <li>Partnering with Segment Chief Operating Officer (COO)</li>\n <li>Managing a team of Finance Directors and Professionals.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
