This position works closely with the head of IT on departmental and global initiatives, while also assisting with user support.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Work collaboratively within the department and other lines of business to enhance the IT infrastructure of the organization.</li>\n\t<li>Provide help desk support to internal and external clients.</li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Provide support related to vendor management, including but not limited to Technology related vendors, general escalation, and communication.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Provide support to IT and to the organization on special projects, including system migrations, as needed. </span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Provide support to the organization for physical security, access control, risk management, and user access reviews.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Provide direct support and training for end users, escalating as needed, including but not limited to social engineering testing and training programs, cyber security alert monitoring and escalation.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Provide day-to-day support for all technology including servers, computers, and printers to improve workflows as needed. </span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Provide updates and reporting on security programs to senior management and the IT Steering Committee.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Comply with internal security policies and procedures and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.</span></span></li>\n\t<li>Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record keeping requirements.
