Ensures validation of all relative materials labor and equipment costs are covered as part of the scope of work.</li>\n<li>Conducts field surveys and attends pre-bid meetings as needed to prepare accurate estimates and proposals.</li>\n<li>Has knowledge of the latest industry materials, installation techniques and attends related training sessions.</li>\n<li>Assists in keeping current estimating system up to date by material cost and labor unit validation.</li>\n<li>Maintains a close working relationship with BAS, electrical construction, high voltage, and security estimators to maximize business opportunities.</li>\n<li>Performs basic AutoCAD tasks such as plotting, overlays and symbol translation.</li>\n<li>Has a thorough knowledge of Accubid and works closely with electrical construction estimating team as needed.</li>\n<li>Attends and provides weekly estimating updates at our operational meetings.</li>\n<li>Meets with customers both existing and new to determine their specific needs and offers cost effective alternatives as needed.</li>\n<li>Performs project and service kick off meetings when needed.</li>\n<li>Works closely with our constant presence site personnel on estimating technique and mentoring of lesser experienced staff.</li>\n<li>Recommends improved methods of design, estimating and installation practices to further streamline process and profitability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements</span></span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills/Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma and supplemental knowledge of the electrical construction industry strongly recommended.</li>\n<li>Minimum of ten years’ experience in the electrical service or industrial electrical service environment.</li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of the NFPA 70e electrical code.</li>\n<li>Elevated knowledge of industrial related process control/instrumentation applications.</li>\n<li>Above average literacy of computer aided drafting and mathematical skills preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines, work unsupervised and manage multiple commitments.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong customer service skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working a minimum of 40 hours/week.</li>\n<li>Sitting 6 to 8 hours/day.</li>\n<li>Lifting weights of 0 to 30 lbs. from floor to above shoulders.</li>\n<li>Repetitive use of hands for writing, typing, data entry, and filing.</li>\n<li>Vision adequate for computer use and reading.</li>\n<li>Hearing adequate for phone use.</li>\n<li>Standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching, bending, twisting, and walking as needed to perform site surveys to collect data for project design.</li>\n<li>Balance adequate for climbing ladders, scaffolds, and lifts.</li>\n<li>Environmental factors include working in:  temperature extremes of 0 F to 100 F up to 8 hours inside or outside; atmospheric exposure to dust, gases, fumes, odors; and poor ventilation in confined spaces.</li>\n<li>Special hazards include exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and explosive hazards.</li>\n<li>Personal protective equipment includes use of hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves and hearing protection.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Here at The Tri-M Group, LLC we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Fair and competitive pay</span></li>\n<li><span>Comprehensive Medical, Prescription, Vision and Dental Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span>HRA Spending Account</span></li>\n<li><span>Employer-paid Life and AD&amp;D Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span>Seven Paid Holidays</span></li>\n<li><span>Vacation/Sick/ Personal Leave</span></li>\n<li><span>401k Retirement Program with Company Match</span></li>\n<li><span>Employee Assistance Program</span></li>\n<li><span>And much more!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><em>Notice to third parties: Please note that The Tri-M Group does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
