      "content": "<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Develop and evolve integration test plans across<strong> </strong>system&nbsp;bench and vehicle assets to ensure robust system functionality as the platform matures</li>\n<li>Partner with Systems, Hardware and Firmware Engineering teams to identify integration risks early through testing and build robust mitigation strategies to keep the program on track.</li>\n<li>Lead forums to resolve complex system issues and report on robustness, risks and mitigation plans during program reviews.</li>\n<li>Mentor the integration and test team in applying data-driven testing and integration methodologies across all vehicle systems.</li>\n<li>Lead the development and commissioning of system test benches, using rapid prototype tool (e.g., dSpace micro-autobox) to supplement target ECU to overcome challenges with timing and maturity of components</li>\n</ul>"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline</li>\n<li>At least 10 years of experience in Vehicle System Development and Integration, with a deep experience in one of the following domains: Body Control, Braking, Steering, Thermal, or Power Distribution</li>\n<li>Deep technical understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, OBD2, Ethernet) and 12V Power Management</li>\n<li>Extensive hands-on experience conducting bench and vehicle-level testing, including instrumentation and advanced data analysis to ensure function robustness</li>\n<li>Expertise developing integration test plans based on SFMEA Analysis and well-versed in technical problem solving methodologies like Six Sigma, 8D, Shainin Red X etc.&nbsp;</li>\n"
