We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we&#39;re committed to making a difference.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Workday HCM</b></p><ul><li><p>Maintain and enhance Workday Core HCM, including worker data, organizations, positions, compensation, and job architecture.</p></li><li><p>Support end‑to‑end lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, job changes, performance, time tracking, absence, and offboarding.</p></li><li><p>Configure and optimize business processes, security roles, routing, condition rules, and domain policies.</p></li><li><p>Deliver reporting and analytics using Workday delivered reports, custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with HR COEs to support talent, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and organizational changes.</p></li><li><p>Ensure data quality, audit controls, regulatory compliance, and alignment with global HR standards.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Payroll and IT to ensure accurate HCM data flows for payroll processing globally.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Workday Payroll</b></p><ul><li><p>Support Workday Payroll or Global Payroll integrations, including validation of pay inputs, outputs, pay components, and country‑specific rules.</p></li><li><p>Manage payroll data movement and mapping for global and third‑party payroll providers (e.g., APD, ExPR, ExPD, DCoD, outbound/inbound notifications).</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot payroll results, perform audits, and collaborate with country payroll teams for issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>Maintain payroll calendars, period schedules, earning/deduction configuration, and tax‑related data.</p></li><li><p>Utilize Global Payroll Hub and Global Payroll Connect capabilities to streamline global payroll operations (e.g., APD, ExPD, ExPR, Close Pay Period).<br />(Based on Global Payroll Connect documents).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Integrations &amp; Technical Enablement</b></p><ul><li><p>Assist in integration design leveraging EIB, Studio, PECI, API/web services (REST/SOAP) for inbound/outbound data movement.</p></li><li><p>Support data transformation, mapping accuracy, and successful handoff to downstream payroll vendors.</p></li><li><p>Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and biannual Workday releases.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p>Serve as liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.</p></li><li><p>Participate in payroll RFP evaluations, process redesign, compliance controls, and requirements gathering.</p></li><li><p>Provide training, documentation, and user support for Workday payroll and HCM processes.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>5&#43; years of Workday experience across Core HCM and Payroll (or global payroll integrations).</p></li><li><p>Hands‑on configuration experience with HCM business processes, security, organizations, and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Experience with payroll processing, payroll audits, pay components, and working with third‑party payroll vendors.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of global HR data structures, compliance, and country-specific payroll nuances.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs), data mapping, and testing.</p></li><li><p>Certified in Workday HCM and Payroll.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience with Global Payroll Connect (APD, ExPR, ExPD, notifications).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with compensation, time tracking, absence, and reporting frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Prior involvement in Workday R1/R2 upgrades, payroll transformation, or system optimization projects.</p></li></ul>",
