Our graduate program provides you the skills and behaviours necessary to become a high performing Physiotherapist and member of the Employ Health team as quickly as possible. We provide you with…</p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>An experienced mentor and structured training program tailored towards your goals, </li>\r\n<li>Access to our team of highly experienced Workplace Physiotherapists and leaders,</li>\r\n<li>Additional qualifications &amp; training, as well as a training allowance and training leave,</li>\r\n<li>Proactive feedback and goal-setting advice through structured meetings and assessments, </li>\r\n<li>Opportunities to work on operational projects to build your skill set outside of clinical work. </li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p>If you work with us, you will receive a competitive base salary and vehicle, allowances for training, wellness &amp; telecommunications and your AHPRA registration and insurance paid for.
