Introduction
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to support communication and customer service operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and developing strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Assist with service requests and resolve routine customer concerns. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Support service quality standards and contribute to team performance goals. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and customer management systems. Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided.
