This position requires an individual that is a team player, possess agility, flexibility, and excellent communication skills. An individual in this role will consistently display a friendly demeanor while providing anticipatory guest service in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal role, with part-time hours available. The position will be paid at $8.75/hr &#43; tips.</p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</b></p><ul><li>Provide exceptional guest service in a fast pace changing environment</li><li>Use POS system to place orders and process payments</li><li>Actively supports and contributes to all workstations including but not limited to host stand, expo window, service bar, dish pit, etc.</li><li>Understand and practice the serving of alcoholic beverages in accordance with Vermont State Liquor Laws</li><li>Maintains a clean and presentable work environment while adhering to food safety and sanitation practices</li><li>Executes opening and closing duties as directed</li><li>Effectively communicates with the culinary team to ensure orders are entered and delivered in a timely manner with accuracy</li><li>Displays menu knowledge and can confidently assist and accommodate guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions with the utmost care and concern</li><li>Additional duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>Highschool diploma, or equivalent</li><li>1 - 3 years of serving or bartending experience</li><li>Cash handling and POS experience</li><li>Ability to lift and walk with at least 30 pounds</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>Basic computer literacy</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment</li><li>Ability provide and follow directions</li><li>Flexible work schedule that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays</li></ul><p></p><p><b>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS</b></p><p>This position will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.</p><p></p><p><span>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.  </span></p><p></p><p><b><span><span><span>An Equal Opportunity Employer</span></span></span></b></p><p></p>",
