    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting Potential Opportunity for an Ultrasound Technologist to support VA St. Louis Health Care System located in St. Louis, MO.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time opportunity | Emphasis on work-life balance </li>\n <li>Monday - Friday 40hrs per week</li>\n <li>PTO and 10 paid holidays</li>\n <li>Employee status and a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and more </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties include, but not limited to:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine diagnostic ultrasound procedures/services</li>\n <li>Receive patients and provide appropriate care. This may include scheduling, reception of the patients, administrative work pertaining to ultrasound and accomplishing procedural instructions</li>\n <li>Observe and report to the Radiologist any symptoms which have direct bearing on the patient's condition and inform Radiologist of any condition requiring his/her attention</li>\n <li><p>Adhere to ultrasound safety policies and procedures in accordance with Ultrasound Department policies and procedures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain and clean ultrasound equipment on a regular basis in accordance with Radiology Department standards.
