    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">W</span>e are currently seeking an additional attorney to join our growing Estate Planning and Business Succession Practice. <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who enjoys working closely with clients and business owners to develop tailored estate planning and succession strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding client service. <span>This position can be based at any of our office locations: Omaha, Nebraska; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; or Sioux City, Iowa.</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct client consultations and assess estate planning needs</li>\n<li>Draft and review estate planning documents including Revocable/Irrevocable Trusts and advanced planning documents</li>\n<li>Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful counsel</li>\n<li>Ability to handle all aspects of probate and estate administration, including intestate and testate proceedings is preferred, not required. </li>\n<li>Guide clients through planning and funding processes with sensitivity and professionalism</li>\n<li>Identify and resolve potential estate and fiduciary tax issues</li>\n<li>Stay informed of changes in estate, tax, and probate law relevant to client matters</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–7 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration preferred, not required</li>\n<li>J.D. from an accredited law school</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of estate planning tools, techniques, and tax implications</li>\n<li>Exceptional drafting, research, and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail and deadlines</li>\n<li>Active bar membership required in one, but preferred in more, of the following Nebraska, Iowa and/or South Dakota. <br> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Goosmann Law Firm is a client-focused, forward-thinking firm, dedicated to helping individuals and families protect their legacies and plan for the future. </span></p>",
