Your care and professionalism as a Registered Massage Therapist shows our guests that they are unique and valued – and you will take pride in knowing that your competencies help them feel their very best.</p><p><strong>Starting Rate:</strong> $26.72 per hour</p><p>We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.72</p><p><strong>Compensation reflects $70+ per hour while massage and body services are being performed. </strong>&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Duties Include:</strong>&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;<br>\nReporting to the Spa Treatment Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Perform all 30-, 45-, 60-, 90- and 120-minute massage and body treatments, as certified/trained to do.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations.&#xa0;</li><li>Always maintain clean and neat work environment, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure ample supply of products, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the treatment room&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain current professional licenses, CPR, First Aid.&#xa0;</li><li>Participate in in-house training opportunities in our professional product lines and extend homecare including retail suggestions to our clientele&#xa0;</li></ul>",
