Potentially on call for remote support on selected Sundays</li></ul><p><strong><u>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><ul><li>Support and lead aspects of different continuous improvement initiatives to ensure we are delivering high service and quality for our customers, and best in class working conditions for our DC employees to support projected sales forecasts.</li><li>Provide updates on progress and timelines regarding assigned tasks</li><li>Analyze / evaluate distribution center system / process / tools to make recommendations for improvements related to capacity, throughput, productivity, accuracy or visibility</li><li>Develop and implement new processes, create new reports and test system functionalities to support distribution operations and customer / Brand requirements</li><li>Partner with Distribution Operations, Beauty Tech (IT) and external vendors as needed to implement processes</li><li>Create and update documentation for process and layouts</li><li>Train Distribution Center staff on new processes</li><li>Troubleshoot WMS related issues and update business rules as needed</li><li>Conduct all other job-related activities.</li></ul><p><strong>SUPERVISION RECEIVED</strong></p><p>Senior Manager, Engineering</p>",
