      "content": "<div>\n<div>\n\n<li>Plan and provide professional nursing care for residents in accordance with physicians’ orders and established policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Administer medications and treatments as necessary, maintain resident charts, and procure supplies and medications.</li>\n<li>Assist with the planning and overall nursing care of the residents on the unit assuming charge nurse responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Serve as interface with physicians and ancillary personnel to obtain and communicate information regarding resident care.</li>\n<li>Provide supervision of nursing assistants; schedule assignments; review/revise assignments according to individual needs of the residents and ensure assignments/tasks are completed in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Evaluate, coordinate and assist in the activities of supportive staff and make recommendations for improvements in the quality and effectiveness of nursing care provided the residents.</li>\n<li>Provide resident and family instructions and care plans to facilitate progressive and recuperative medical care programs.</li>\n<li>Schedule physician appointments and coordinate transportation of the resident as needed.</li>\n\n</div>\n</div>"
