Responsibilities</span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide </span><span>practical </span><span>legal advice</span><span> </span><span>and guidance</span><span> on</span><span> a wide range of</span><span> </span><span>firm</span><span> </span><span>matters, including </span><span>corporate governance, </span><span>structuring</span><span>,</span><span> mandates, and best practices</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support committee meetings, including preparation of materials, resolutions, and maintenance of </span><span>firm</span><span> records</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support the development and maintenance of firm </span><span>policies</span><span> and governance frameworks</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and strategic agreements</span><span> including client engagements, vender contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure compliance with applicable professional standards and regulatory requirements</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify and mitigate legal and operational risks across the </span><span>f</span><span>irm </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Advise on engagement risk, liability exposure, and insurance matters </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Advi</span><span>se</span><span> on independence, conflicts of interest, and ethical obligations within a public practice environment. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage and assist with the resolution of client disputes and sensitive matters, including those involving public companies, while coordinating with internal stakeholders, external counsel, regulators, and clients</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>M</span><span>anage and coordinate litigation, disputes, and investigations </span><span>where necessary involving external counsel where needed</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide guidance on data privacy, confidentiality, and information governance requirements </span><span>ensuring compliance with privacy legislation</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Advise on employment and human resources–related legal matters</span><span> </span><span>ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support mergers, acquisitions, and other </span><span>strategic </span><span>growth initiatives, including due diligence and transaction documentation </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Advise on new service offerings and client engagement models</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage and coordinate external legal counsel effectively and cost-efficiently</span><span> where required</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop, enhance, and scale internal legal processes, templates, and documentation</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>7</span><span>+ years</span><span> of legal</span><span> experience</span><span>, </span><span>including in-house corporate experience and/or private practice followed by in-house roles</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or equivalent legal degree from a recognized law school</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience </span><span>with professional services environment</span><span> preferred, but not required</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on, full-scope legal generalist</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proven ability to work independently in a lean, high-responsibility
