At Domino's Pizza, our people come first!<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nJOB REQUIREMENTS<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nYou must be 18 years of age or older.<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nGeneral job duties for all store team members<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nOperate all equipment.<br>\n<br>\nStock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.<br>\n<br>\nPrepare product.<br>\n<br>\nReceive and process telephone orders.<br>\n<br>\nTake inventory and complete associated paperwork.<br>\n<br>\nClean equipment and facility approximately daily.<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nTraining<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nOrientation and training provided on the job. We have a structured road map for progression in our leadership program to provide clear details on what will be learned and opportunities for pay raises and further opportunities within the company.&#xa0;<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nCommunication Skills<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nAbility to comprehend and give correct written instructions.<br>\n<br>\nAbility to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nEssential Functions/Skills<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).<br>\n<br>\nMust be able to make correct monetary change.<br>\n<br>\nVerbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.<br>\n<br>\nMotor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.<br>\n<br>\nAbility to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nWORK CONDITIONS<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nExposure to:<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nVarying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.<br>\n<br>\nIn-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.<br>\n<br>\nSudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.<br>\n<br>\nFumes from food odors.<br>\n<br>\nExposure to cornmeal dust.<br>\n<br>\nCramped quarters including walk-in cooler.<br>\n<br>\nHot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.<br>\n<br>\nSharp edges and moving mechanical parts.<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nSENSING<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nTalking and hearing on telephone.<br>\n<br>\nNear and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.<br>\n<br>\nDepth perception.<br>\n<br>\nAbility to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nTEMPERAMENTS<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nThe ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgements and decisions.</p>",
