    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<h1><strong>JOIN OUR TEAM!</strong></h1>\n<p><strong>   Your browser does not support the video tag.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Travel Center Environmental Services/Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the Travel Center.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bosselman Travel Center has many benefits to offer you that you will not find anywhere else like:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid vacation </li>\n <li>401K and matching contributions</li>\n <li>Health, dental and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Short and long term disability insurance</li>\n <li>Life insurance</li>\n <li>A clearly defined path for growth</li>\n <li>On-demand pay with PayActiv (access to earned but not yet paid wages)</li>\n <li>And much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Bosselman Travel Center offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through:</strong></p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and retail space, including waxing and stripping floors.</li>\n <li>Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.</li>\n <li>Paints inside and outside the facility.</li>\n <li>Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.</li>\n <li>Notifies management of any customer complaints.</li>\n <li>Clears snow and debris from sidewalk.</li>\n <li>Operates power equipment including: power washer, mower, etc.</li>\n <li>Ensures the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the Travel Center complex meets company standards.</li>\n <li>Maintains restrooms, checking for cleanliness and re-stocking supplies.</li>\n <li>Completes entire work list each shift.</li>\n <li>Keeps all cleaning supplies stocked, labeled, and properly stored.</li>\n <li>Wipes down all equipment and game machines each shift and thoroughly cleans once per week.</li>\n <li>Practices all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.</li>\n <li>Answers radio calls promptly.</li>\n <li>Ensures parking lot is free of trash and debris.</li>\n <li>Cleans/details dispensers each shift. </li>\n <li>Provides friendly and competent customer service.</li>\n <li>Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists in other duties, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>General maintenance and/or custodial experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.</li>\n <li>Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates excellent communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must be well groomed and properly attired.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and any shift needed.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation and phone.</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE</li>\n <li>Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.</li>\n <li>Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Travel Center Environmental Services/Maintenance Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
