Our services include <b>long line thermoplastic and paint striping, detail and parking lot striping, airport striping, decorative crosswalks, and pavement marking removal</b>. Through a combination of highly trained staff and state-of-the art equipment, CSSC is able to exceed the expectations of our government, contractor, and private business customers.</p><p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p>· Manually load or unload equipment, materials, or supplies</p><p>· Assist with layout of roadway markings.</p><p>· Correctly load and secure all loads.</p><p>· Drive assigned vehicle/equipment as directed to and from job site. Including daily pre-trip inspections of assigned truck and log keeping, as required..</p><p>· Perform roadway preparation, including grinding, sealing, tape removal, as directed.</p><p>· Once Flagger certified, assist in traffic control as directed.</p><p>· Assist in maintenance of assigned equipment.</p><p>· Responsible for maintaining assigned PPE and having proper PPE on hand for scheduled work.</p><p>· Participate in all required safety training including weekly Toolbox Talks.</p><p>· Clean and organize warehouse, shop, yard, office, and vehicles to maintain a clean, safe work environment.</p><p>· Responsible for reporting all incidents you are involved in or witness to the Safety Director as per company training and incident reporting protocols.</p><p>· Other duties as assigned</p><p><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><p>· High school diploma or equivalent</p><p>· <b>Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screen. Random drug screens are also performed post-employment.</b></p><p>· <b>Must possess a current Driver's License; Commercial Driver's License (CDL B) preferred</b></p><p>· <b>Must be able to work a flexible schedule with overtime, nights, and weekends as the job requires</b></p><p>· <b>Must be at least 21-years of age to meet driver's insurance eligibility requirements for company vehicles</b></p><p>· The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.</p><p>· Must meet the eligibility requirements of the company Fleet Policy to be a company sanctioned driver.</p><p><b>SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:</b></p><p>· Must possess good interpersonal skills.</p><p>· Good communications skills, both written and oral.</p><p>· Ability to apply concepts of basic math.</p><p>· Ability to manage time between two or more projects at one time.</p><p>· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures.</p><p>· Possess minimum ability to read a tape measure.</p><p>· The ability to apply knowledge and skills to achieve intended results.</p><p>· Must successfully complete company provided First Aid, CPR, AED, and Flagger training/certification</p><p>· If required, must successfully complete company provided Forklift training/certification – <b>understand you are not permitted to operate company forklift until certification is received.</b></p><p>· Must successfully complete company provided Traffic Control training/certification</p><p>· If required, must successfully complete company provided Smith Driving training/certification <b>(eligible drivers only)</b></p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Expected hours: No less than 40 per week</p>",
