We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Early access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p>With a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.   </p>\n<p>And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience. </p>\n<p>Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and mobility  </li>\n <li>Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship  </li>\n <li>Support medication administration and simple procedures under RN guidance  </li>\n <li>Observe and report changes in patient condition or home environment to the RN Case Manager  </li>\n <li>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards  </li>\n <li>Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, in-services, and quality improvement initiatives  </li>\n <li>Build strong, compassionate relationships with patients, families, and caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completion of a 120-hour Nursing Assistant course.  </li>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED High School diploma or GED </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s):</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License (IA, IL, or WI) – Required upon hire  </li>\n <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Maintain current certification through the American Heart Association (Required upon hire)  </li>\n <li>Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – State of Iowa (IADIA) or Illinois (IDPH) preferred  </li>\n <li>Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training – Iowa or Illinois, required within 90 days of hire  </li>\n <li>Adult Dependent Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training – Iowa or Illinois, required within 90 days of hire</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong>   </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completing of a Nursing Assistant Training Program of a minimum of 75 hours with no continuous period of 24 months without compensation for Home Care or Hospice Aide/CNA work after completion  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Apply Today!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ready to take the next step in your healthcare career?
