font-size: 12.0pt\">Under the direction of the Enji Maawinjidiyaang Executive Director and/or designate the Enji Maawinjidiyaang Health Outreach Worker’s </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt\">programs combine traditional and mainstream programs and services for the benefit of urban Indigenous communities.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt\">The Health Outreach Worker offer peer counselling, crisis intervention, and traditional and cultural supports to direct-service users, but also provide advocacy and systems navigation to ensure equitable access to primary healthcare providers. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt\">The Enji Maawinjidiyaang Health Outreach Worker will assist Urban Indigenous families and community members in accessing Enji Maawinjidiyaang via membership enrolment and participation in group and individual services, workshops and programs.<span>  </span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Requirements:</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt\">It is preferred for the applicant to be a registered band member of the First Nations serviced by Niigaaniin Services, including Batchewana First Nation, Garden River First Nation, Thessalon First Nation, Mississauga First Nation, Serpent River First Nation, Sagamok Anishnawbek, Atikameksheng Anishnawbek, and Wahnapitae First </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt\">Nation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt\">Diploma or degree in Social Services and/or equivalent experience, </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt\">Minimum of two (2) years direct services with children, youth, parents and/or family groups, </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt\">First Aid/CPR certified or open to training for certification,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt\">Ability to work flexible hours, <span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt\">Superior oral and written communication skills, excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and<span>   </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;
