The Recovery Operations Supervisor at Groups plays a critical leadership role by driving operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, member-centered recovery support services. This role oversees the operations of multiple sites, including the supervision of the Recovery Support Coordinator team, which supports members with Health Related Social Needs (HRSNs) and care coordination as they navigate their recovery. The Supervisor is accountable for regional and state-level key performance indicators (KPIs) such as task management, member engagement, retention, census growth, Profit and Loss (P&L) performance, and employee satisfaction. They also ensure adequate office coverage, schedule management, coordination across sites, and the procurement of supplies and equipment. The Recovery Operations Supervisor partners closely with the Clinical Supervisor and other regional leadership to foster effective team-based care, optimize workflows, and uphold the Groups’ mission of improving overall recovery and changing lives. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm PST Occasional travel to Washington and Oregon to support expanding operations, with other locations to be determined. Leadership and Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a multi-location team of Recovery Support Coordinators to deliver high-quality recovery support and care coordination services to address HRSNs and improve overall recovery. Provide direct supervision, guidance, and performance feedback through regular touch bases, coaching sessions, and evaluations. Foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven team culture that reflects Groups’ values and standards. Coach Recovery Support team on managing complex cases, improving their communication and team-based care skills. Ensure adherence to Recovery Support workflows, policies, and procedures Support employee professional development through structured onboarding, goal setting, coaching, and continuous training. Deliver effective onboarding for all new team members, ensuring clear understanding of expectations, workflows, and organizational culture. Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, workflows, and compliance standards. Act as a visible leader in the field, providing direct in-person support and mentorship, particularly during new staff onboarding or operational transitions. Drive the implementation of change initiatives across the team. Operational Oversight Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across multiple sites, focusing on efficiency, safety, service delivery, member outcomes, and adherence to workflows and documentation standards. Drive accountability for regional and state-level KPIs, including member engagement, retention, census growth, office-level financials, performance and employee satisfaction. Ensure adequate office coverage, schedule management, and coordination across sites, including procurement of supplies and equipment. Conduct regular quality and compliance audits. Lead and support the launch, decommissioning, or transition of new office locations, including staffing, community outreach, and operational setup. Partner with leadership on regional growth initiatives and ensure operational readiness for expansion. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure integrated, member-centered care delivery, partnering on individual team performance and interdisciplinary collaboration. Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of Recovery Support Coordinators alongside clinical leadership, in partnership with the Clinical Supervisor when applicable. Maintain general knowledge of healthcare, insurance, and social service systems in operational regions. Strategic Initiatives & Reporting Track and analyze performance metrics to create and implement actionable data-driven improvement plans. Provide regular performance reports to state and regional leadership, and assist with site audits for licensing, accreditation, and managed care organizations. Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other systems, including quality chart reviews and observations for the Recovery Support Coordinator team. Partner with state and organization leadership to align operations with organizational goals and implement pilots and process improvements. Serve as a liaison between operational, clinical, and community-based stakeholders to ensure integrated service delivery and address escalated feedback from members or external stakeholders promptly and effectively. Support and lead special projects, including project management and oversight for the rollout of new initiatives and expansion efforts, as well as evaluating performance and making data-driven improvements. Participate in regular communication around openings, relocations, and closures to support strategic planning. Other Duties and Responsibilities: Engage in community outreach and education to strengthen partnerships and raise awareness of Groups’ services, distributing educational materials, attending community meetings, and building relationships with local organizations to enhance member access to resources. Occasional travel to Washington and Oregon to support expanding operations, with other locations to be determined. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams. Strong understanding of recovery-oriented care, harm reduction, quality improvement, and social determinants of health. Knowledge of community-based resources, recovery support networks, and local service systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural humility and professionalism. Skilled in data interpretation, KPI tracking, and performance reporting. Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability with attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential information and maintain professional boundaries. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Email), EHR systems, and data tools such as Tableau. Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and work independently under general supervision. Ability to understand and adhere to Groups’ Code of Conduct. Ability to work evenings or flexible hours as needed. Qualifications Qualifications and Requirements : Education: Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent combination of education and experience); Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations management, case management, or care coordination at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity preferred. Certification: State certification or licensure to manage peer support specialists (where applicable). Technical: Experience with EHR systems, data reporting, and digital collaboration tools. Compliance: Must meet all state and job-related pre-employment requirements. Depending on state-specific requirements, this may include fingerprinting, criminal background check, drug testing, CPR/First Aid certification, health screening and/or TB Test.
