      "content": "<li><br></li><div><b>Job Description:</b></div><div>The Director is responsible for project management and leadership for the Southeast market and other T5 markets.&nbsp; This shall include, but not be limited to site management and leadership for individual buildings + full projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.&nbsp;</div><li>Support general leadership of the Southeast market</li><li>Lead data center campus teams</li><li>Provide hands on management support for individual projects</li><li>Manage overall budgets and corresponding subcontractor/vendor/consultant budgets</li><li>Manage overall schedules</li><li>Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.</li><li>Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work.</li><li>Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.</li><li>Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.</li><li>Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.</li><li>Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.</li><li>May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.</li><li>Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.</li><li>Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.</li><li>Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.</li><li>Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.</li><li>Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.</li><li>Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.</li><li>Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5 management.</li><div><br></div><div>Qualifications:</div><div><b>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</b></div><li>Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, required</li><li>3+ years Construction experience, required</li><li>1+ years Data Center experience, preferred</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project)</li><li>Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience, preferred</li><div><br></div><div><b>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES</b></div><li>Experience with Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade)</li><li>Provide direction to and resolve problems amongst subcontractors and vendors.</li><li>Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.</li><li>Blueprint reading.</li><li>Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures.</li><li>Monitoring jobsite general health and safety.</li><li>Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service ; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills - Focuses on solving conflict.</li><li>&nbsp;Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives;
