This position requires a self-motivated individual who is a team player, with a strong willingness to learn new skills and contribute positively to the team’s success.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em><strong>What You Will Do</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li> Inspect and repair basic engine components.</li>\n <li> Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues.</li>\n <li> Change tires, make brake adjustments, and fix lights.</li>\n <li> Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on trucks and trailers.</li>\n <li> Maintain complete and accurate maintenance documentation.</li>\n <li> Operate forklift and drive truck and trailer when necessary.</li>\n <li> Follow good housekeeping standards in all areas of work.</li>\n <li> Perform welding and fabrication as needed.</li>\n <li> Make recommendations for process system improvements.</li>\n <li> Adhere to industrial safety standards and OSHA guidelines.</li>\n <li> Complete all other tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em><strong>What We Look For</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in transport mechanics or a related field.</li>\n <li>General knowledge of DOT truck maintenance requirements.</li>\n <li>Clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more consistently.</li>\n <li>Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must have strong welding and fabrication skills.</li>\n <li>Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.</li>\n <li>A dedicated team player who contributes to the overall success of the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Ni</strong></em><em><strong>ce To Have:</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Class A Commercial Driver License</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong><u>Benefits We Offer</u></strong></em><strong>:</strong></p>\n<p>Omni offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Annual Stock Award, Bonus, Profit Sharing, Vacation and 401K with Company Match.
