Participate in client, consultant, and internal coordination meetings to identify, evaluate, and document design, code, and programmatic requirements. Understand project drivers, constraints, and implications to develop creative, effective architectural solutions. Develop design and construction models and associated documentation using Revit and other BIM tools. Prepare comprehensive construction documentation, including code analyses, life safety and egress plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules. Develop studies, technical reports, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders. Research, interpret, and apply International Building Code (IBC) and other applicable regulatory requirements throughout project delivery. Collaborate closely with engineering and construction partners to ensure fully coordinated and constructible designs. Participate in design reviews, interdisciplinary coordination meetings, and quality assurance/quality control checks. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Architectural Interns and Design staff. Serve as Architect of Record for assigned small projects when required.
